Finna search service - find books, databases and journals

Tritonia Finna provides access to print resources and e-resources within the same system! Log in with your username to access e-resources. When logging in for the first time, connect your library card to your account. After this you will be able to make reservations and renew loans.

Collections and loan periods

Textbooks

The loan period is 2 weeks. The overdue fee is 0,50 €/day.

Short loans

For almost every textbook title, there is a short loan copy. Please note that the loan period for short loans is 3 days and that they cannot be renewed. For example, if you borrow a short loan on Wednesday, you can keep it until the end of Monday. The overdue fee is 12 €.

Subject collections

The loan period is 4 weeks. The overdue fee is 0,20 €/day.

Journals

Journals and newspapers cannot be borrowed, but you can copy articles with the copying machine in the library. Newspapers and most recent issues of journals are located on the second floor. 

Older issues are located in remote stacks, and you can place a request for them with an e-form found on our web page. You will find the journal in the reservations shelf after 1-2 days.

Interlibrary loans

If the material you are searching for cannot be found in our collections, you can make an interlibrary loans request at one of our library units or online.

Students writing their thesis at one of our universities or universities of applied sciences are entitled to free interlibrary loans according to terms set by the university/university of applied sciences.
